Beautiful location, but I won't be going back!! The sheets and pillow were dirty. Reading other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one. I think management is taking the piss out of everyone. There's a minimum standard of care when you're in charge of a hotel.

Horrible! The pool was filthy, we found a rusty nail in it, and my little nephew cut his foot. All the manager could say was, "These things happen." NO, MADAM, these things aren't supposed to happen in a pool frequented by children! When I raised my voice, she refunded the entrance fee and told me to bring her the hospital bill! Disgraceful! This was in August!

The positives: Well located, welcoming staff. Spacious room with a sea view. The negatives: Cleanliness needs improvement, bathroom needs renovation (broken toilet button, clogged shower and sink). Pillows too thick, sheets average. Noise from construction, but the most annoying thing was that we could hear everything happening in the other rooms, especially the one above us. I won't be returning. Given the price (800 dirhams) and the star rating, I didn't expect a higher standard. I do not recommend it.

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star, it's so awful. I never thought such a thing could exist. The staff is terrible, the pillows are dirty, as are the sheets and the bathroom. Nothing in this hotel is right, NOTHING works properly. I absolutely do not recommend staying in this disgusting, ugly, hideous hotel. I don't even have the words to describe my hatred; I experienced a nightmare in this hotel. I sincerely hope someone comes and burns this horribly filthy place down!

There are no bathroom slippers. There are no personal hygiene items. Car noises are annoying. The noises from the next room are loud and clear, causing me embarrassment in front of my children (there is no soundproofing). There is no tea provided. The bed is unclean and has triggered my allergies.
