The hairdressers are terrible.

My comment is from my wife's phone. Unfortunately, the staff at the hammam are unprofessional compared to some other establishments in Rabat. There are more qualified staff you should hire if you want to feel as refreshed as before.

A very bad experience. The price was very high and the quality was terrible. I asked the hairdresser for a haircut, and he gave me a different one. When I saw him at home, I went back to his salon, but at first, he told me it was my fault and refused to do it. He spoke rudely, and I told him not to cut the top of my hair, but he did it anyway, as if he were getting revenge, and he became violent in trying to turn my head. I waited 20 minutes even though there were other hairdressers available, but he was resting instead of working. Only two or three hairdressers are good; all the others are terrible.

A complete lack of professionalism. They advertise opening time as 9:30 am. The hairdressers don't arrive until 11:00 am, not counting the wait. Utterly nonchalant. Truly terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

The service was substandard and did not justify the price. Furthermore, I was charged an additional fee without a clear explanation, which I found unprofessional.

I visited this salon twice. The first experience was okay — I had a simple haircut and the barber did a decent job. However, the second visit was very disappointing. The barber named Adil was not professional at all. He behaved as if he was doing me a favor, not as someone providing a paid service. Overall, I do not recommend this barber salon.
