I would like to warmly thank the entire clinic team for the excellent care my son received. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. A special thank you to nurse Chaïmae, who was exceptionally kind and caring towards my son. Her gentleness, patience, and empathy were a great comfort to us during this difficult time. I would also like to thank Dr. Anas Mellali for his professionalism, his attentiveness, and the quality of his care. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic.

Unfortunately, this is the worst hospital. They wouldn't give me an emergency report. I wanted to know what injection they gave me, but the doctor refused, claiming she doesn't provide reports in emergencies, even though it's against the law. Aside from the way they treat patients, I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. It's the worst clinic I've ever been to.

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone at the clinic. I brought my daughter here after she suffered a fall that resulted in a head injury requiring medical attention. From the moment we entered the clinic, we were struck by the high level of professionalism and compassion. The reception was exceptionally warm and professional, starting with the security guards, who were remarkably communicative and respectful, continuing with the reception staff, whose approach was reassuring and alleviated the stress and anxiety of our companions, and culminating in the highly competent and attentive nursing and medical team. Special thanks to Dr. Anas Al-Malali and his assistant for their exceptional professionalism, excellent communication, and their thorough and clear explanation of every detail of the case, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Frankly, I am very pleased to find a healthcare facility of this caliber (Nour Clinic) in Kenitra. Thank you all, each and every one of you, from the security guards to the reception staff, the nursing team, and the doctors. This is a sincere testimony from the heart. I am not flattering anyone, but I say it in appreciation of the humane and professional care I have experienced, which deserves all respect.

Eye Clinic: Lack of tact and poor communication. Disorganized reception with a hint of arrogance. The small waiting room is dirty and smells of feet. In short, a very poor experience for a so-called private clinic!

I wish to express my incomprehension regarding the price of the visual field test at Clinique Nour, which is billed at 1,000 DH. For comparison, the same test is offered at approximately 450 DH at Cheikh Zaid Hospital.
