A wonderful experience with Amina. She's a very kind and enthusiastic person who immediately puts you at ease. I've had several treatments done, and they were all performed with great care. I was absolutely delighted with the results 🤍. I highly recommend her!

I'm very disappointed with this experience. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance and was very enthusiastic after reading the reviews. I asked for a chocolate brown color with caramel highlights and sent photos of several options beforehand on Instagram. At no point did I ask to be blonde. On the day of my appointment, I asked for a consultation and showed the photos again, insisting on something subtle. In the end, the colorist did what she had in mind. After a few days, the blonde isn't even and is turning yellow. My hair no longer curls in some places because the bleaching was too intense. I had to cut my hair very short (a bob) to save it. I'm making another appointment with a colorist in three weeks to get a prettier, more natural color. This salon is best avoided if you want something subtle. Otherwise, the salon is beautiful and clean, the manager is lovely, and the staff is very attentive. But for the price of the services, it's unfortunately a complete disappointment. I do not recommend it.
