As a loyal customer for years, I was very disappointed by the service I received during my last takeout order. The server refused to hand me the order outside, saying, "It's not my job to serve outside the restaurant." This lack of professionalism and customer service is regrettable.

I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered émincé de poulet, but they brought me a completely different dish without asking for my approval. When I asked the waiter about it, he claimed that the dish I had ordered was not good and could even cause food poisoning. If that were true, the correct thing to do would have been to inform me and let me choose another meal from the menu, not decide on my behalf and bring me something I did not order. This was unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the way the situation was handled.

Very bad experience The service was terrible. The waiter argued with almost every guest, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. The food was a complete disaster: • The tacos were undercooked; the chicken was still raw. • The pizza was like a piece of bread with some cheese on it. • The pasta with chicken was also undercooked. • The bastilla was not fresh at all. • The fries were very cold and had apparently been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. • The salad is not recommended at all; the vegetables were old and not fresh. We are not from Nador and visited this restaurant based on recommendations on Instagram, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed.

The restaurant isn't what it used to be; the servers are terrible (poor communication and too often late), and the food isn't up to par—no value for money. Personally, I don't recommend it.
