I returned to the salon for a second time, and this time I had my nails removed, a spa manicure, and a pedicure. I was very satisfied with the service: everything was done with care, delicacy, and attention, and the result perfectly matched my expectations. A special thank you to the owner for her professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness. She took the time to understand what hadn't been satisfactory during my first visit and truly went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. I'm therefore delighted to have given the salon a second chance. A wonderful experience with a warm welcome and a team that listens.

I had my nails done (BIAB) with a design and eyelash extensions, and honestly, I'm extremely satisfied. Mouna, Meriem, and Sara are very professional and meticulous in their work. I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had a manicure done with a BIAB treatment, hoping for a strong and long-lasting result, but the opposite happened. In just a few days, my nails broke one after another, to the point where I completely lost one of them. Given the price of the service, I expected quality work and better durability. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this salon for this type of service. I hope they will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of their work. Paying for a service meant to strengthen nails only to see them break one after another is simply unacceptable.
