I’ve been visiting for an average of 1.5 years, and they’ve consistently maintained the same high quality and reliability. It’s very satisfying that their quality remains consistent. The setting is beautiful, and the desserts are visually stunning. However, in my opinion, their taste doesn't justify the price. They're good, but not at the level of excellence one expects when offered at the prices of top French pastry chefs. At this price point, expectations are naturally very high.
Good sourdough bread (as takeaway) but table service needs to be improved. Overall, their food and drinks are nice.
I'm a regular customer, but today I had a terrible experience with the bald waiter. His attitude was particularly rude and disrespectful in front of my family. I don't understand why the establishment keeps someone whose behavior damages the café's image so much.
I wish to file a complaint regarding my visit to your café. I received products that did not match my order. When I reported this error to the manager, instead of seeking a solution or apologizing, he spoke to me with a lack of respect, which I find completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected a minimum level of professionalism, respect, and that this error would be addressed. This experience has deeply disappointed me. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and that the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again.
The pâtisserie was good quality, but tiny compared to most cafés, and at 38 dh, eye-wateringly expensive. Service was efficient and friendly. I'm surprised they don't have WiFi. I didn't realise we had returned to the early 2000s. I went here purely out of curiosity, having often bought baguettes from Éric Keyser in Paris VI. I won't be returning.
