This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered an item for 109 dirhams, but they don't accept card payments. I only have 100 dirhams, so I asked them to bring the rest tomorrow, even though I'm their neighbor. They refused payment for 9 dirhams! Things are getting serious now. Comparing someone's health to 9 dirhams, and the fact that they're not up-to-date means they don't accept other payment methods...
