As a member of the M Wellness gym in Kenitra since its inception, I've unfortunately noticed a decline in the quality of services year after year. The reason I'm writing today is the catastrophic state of the swimming pool. If management doesn't intervene quickly, it will end up resembling a stagnant lake, posing a significant health risk to members. It seems the pool's technical equipment is no longer functioning properly. Either the technicians aren't doing their jobs, or they lack the resources to intervene, but in any case, the situation is unacceptable. Furthermore, the quality of the sports coaching also leaves much to be desired. With the exception of Jamila and Fatim-Zahra, most of the coaches fall short of expectations. It often feels as though members are being used as training grounds for interns, to the detriment of the coaching quality. I would also like to draw your attention to another important point: the complete absence of time slots or spaces reserved exclusively for men. The gym offers 100% women's sessions as well as mixed time slots, but no alternative is offered to men who, for personal, cultural, or religious reasons, prefer to train in a single-sex environment. It would be desirable to provide at least a few 100% men's time slots or a dedicated space to meet the needs of all members, in a spirit of fairness and respect for different needs. What is even more regrettable is that the best coaches are leaving the gym one after another. After Housna and Ouahiba left, I learned that Jamila is also considering leaving. It's truly a shame not to be able to retain such competent and popular coaches. A gym is more than just its equipment; The quality of its staff is one of the main reasons why customers remain loyal. I sincerely hope that this complaint will be taken into consideration and that concrete measures will be implemented to improve the quality of services. This gym had excellent potential, but it is unfortunately losing what made it so reputable.

Aside from the sauna, which is nice, the equipment is outdated, and the gym isn't worth the price. The machines are very old and barely work. I hope the Kenitra wellness center will be as good as the ones in Rabat or Tangier, in terms of equipment and hygiene. The swimming pool also deserves special mention, without going into detail.

I was 100% satisfied with my morning at the Hammam! The team took excellent care of me from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful, relaxing experience.

A choice I haven't regretted. Respectful, helpful, and professional staff. Competent coaches, top-notch equipment. A true haven of well-being.

A very negative experience. The pool was in an unacceptable state of hygiene: cloudy water, a strong and unpleasant odor. It really gives the impression of a serious lack of maintenance. It's a shame, because this type of establishment is supposed to offer a minimum level of cleanliness and comfort. As it stands, I do not recommend it.

I'm not afraid to go into that pool because I wear a veil.
