A very bad experience with IYS Beauty. I had booked an appointment for today at 4:30 pm and traveled a long way specifically for it. Upon arrival, I was simply told, "Sorry, we don't work on Sundays." This is completely unacceptable and, above all, demonstrates a huge lack of professionalism and consideration. If the salon doesn't work on Sundays, they could have simply refused the appointment or informed me in advance. I could have avoided wasting my time, my trip, and my energy.
