I had a Hydrafacial treatment and I absolutely loved it! The treatment was very pleasant, performed with gentleness and professionalism. My skin was left perfectly cleansed, hydrated, radiant, and incredibly soft. The results are visible from the very first session. I highly recommend it!

A truly awful experience! I had checked the reviews before going, but it just goes to show, not everyone has a good experience. Apparently, I dealt with the manager, as the employees constantly called her "Madame." The way she spoke to them was incredibly shocking. Unfortunately, I later realized that customers could also be subjected to the same treatment. In short, I spent over three hours suffering for a simple balayage. She burned my hair. The highlights were far too blonde for my liking, and when I pointed this out, I was scolded like a little girl. She also cut my hair without giving it any style, claiming that I didn't want to add a treatment, which I simply found too expensive. The prices are exorbitant, even compared to some salons in France. To justify her prices, she claimed her daughter paid €450 for highlights in the 94th district, which has absolutely nothing to do with what I asked for. I've been getting my hair done in Oujda every summer for over 30 years, and I've never encountered such an unpleasant and disrespectful person. Just a few minutes away, there are excellent salons like Excellence or Nuyu, which offer a level of service and professionalism that she could never match, given how unacceptable her manner of speaking to clients and staff is.

I came for a relaxing massage; I've been before, but this time a new woman was supposed to be taking care of me. The massage is supposed to be 50 minutes, but in the end, she only massaged me for 30 minutes and made me wait 20 minutes in the room doing nothing while she sat next to me. When I asked to get dressed, she refused, saying that the person I was with hadn't finished yet, so I had to wait. Except that the person I was with started the massage before me and finished after me. So I think it was just a tactic to make it look like she was working, but in the end, she wasn't. I'm disappointed, and I definitely won't be back.

An absolute wellness experience! I highly recommend this spa where I had a magical time. I tried several services and everything was perfect: The hammam and massage: A truly relaxing experience. The hammam is clean and soothing, ideal for disconnecting, and the massage that followed completely released my tension. The hair coloring: The result is magnificent! The color is vibrant, even, and exactly what I wanted. The pedicure: Very thorough and meticulous. My feet are incredibly soft. The team is welcoming, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. The overall atmosphere is soothing and warm. I will definitely be back!
