Les Trois Framboises : Boulangerie & Pâtisserie

Hello digital community, based on my experience with this plantation, it's been a while and it's been fine, but if there are negative comments, it's a message to the owner to review the structure; the villa needs better service.

Lots of potential for a good bakery, but unfortunately, the savory items lack flavor and the customer service is poor. The entire staff needs improvement, especially the saleswomen! P.S.: We pay our money and are treated like beggars, unfortunately. I really hope the owner will address the situation and, if possible, rein in the staff! The bakery is beautiful, but the products and the staff are not.

This shop is an absolute perfect example of the infamous quote "les apparences sont trompeuses" The shop looks so good and neat, and the food looks so pretty that i once bought a lot of salty snacks to try them out, and they are pricey alright, so i expected good quality Unfortunately, only to find out that the taste is so bad i can't even describe it. Especially les quiches and this unsalted dough that had a hot dog inside. Anyways, i like their mille-feuilles, its so good, but whenever i come there. I honestly regret it because the customer service is straight up bad. I say hi, no one says it back. They dont even look at me or even smile. Like i know its not their duty, and being a service worker is exhausting. But just dont be rude ig. Its always like this, and i feel like i did something wrong by ordering lol
