The one-hour relaxing massage was rushed and insensitive, so not very relaxing at all! The masseuse was probably ill and kept coughing and sniffling, which wasn't very relaxing either. And I was taken upstairs to the treatment rooms, which were completely dark without any explanation – rather unsettling.

A one-hour massage that was actually 40 minutes. 10-minute wait at the beginning. Then another 10 minutes at the end… Uncomfortable heat despite the air conditioning. Really unattractive setting, tiny cabin. Noise of jackhammers and heavy construction work towards the end of the massage… The massage itself was okay. But I really wouldn't recommend it… poor value for money.

Don't come here for a pedicure. The foot scrub is woefully inadequate, and the dead skin isn't properly removed. The staff is friendly, but the polish is poorly applied upon close inspection. After only a few hours of walking, the polish started chipping because they didn't apply a top coat despite my request. They told me it wasn't necessary!

The hammam and massage were great! I had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish applied, and it was a disaster—four days later, it was completely gone. The beautician was very nice, but that's not enough. It cost me 1000 dirhams in total, considering the hammam and massage package is only 350 dirhams. Nail care is definitely not their strong point.
