Very bad service

Very bad experience. The food was cold, the tea too, but really super cold. The fries were completely burnt. There was a waiter there, around 50/60 years old; he is really not fit for this place and makes a mess of things. I am very disappointed by him; he is very rude, really unbearable. I have informed all my family and friends about my experience at this fake café. I hope the owner reads this and takes action.

Very bad experience. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food and initially only received one dish. The drinks didn't arrive until after 2 hours, even though they were supposed to be made quickly. It also took a long time before we could order, and we were ignored by the waiter. In the end, we were even given the wrong drinks. We will not be coming back here. Not recommended!

Too busy

Disappointing experience. I regret spending money on such food. The meat tasted like it had been defrosted and was completely unseasoned. The shrimp panini tasted like sea foam, not to mention the exasperating service – it took at least 30 minutes to receive the food. The extra charge for the seat was uncomfortable and the lighting was poor. I absolutely do not recommend it! I'm only giving it one star to post my review; I would have given it 0/5.

In my opinion, it's not worth it. They inflate the prices and the service is terrible. We had to call the waiter three times, and he still didn't come to us even though he said he'd be back. We asked for extra glasses, and they didn't bring them either; we had to go inside to ask for them. The food was nothing special. The only thing you're paying for is the view and the atmosphere. In my opinion, it's not all that great.
