Le Jardin de Épices

Our second stay with Hélène and Julien. It's truly a perfect place! We invited our children for a week at Jardin des Épices to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hélène and Julien set a beautiful table decorated with bougainvillea. We enjoyed a delicious chicken tagine with lemon and a lively seffa (a traditional Moroccan dish), served by the pool in a simple yet very pleasant garden, complete with birdsong. Morocco as we love it. We had the entire house to ourselves. The six bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect in size and cleanliness. They are cleaned daily. As you can see, our hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. The house is peaceful. Located between the Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains, it's the perfect place to explore off the beaten path of Essaouira and Marrakech. A huge thank you, and we hope to see you again soon over a glass of Boulaouane wine! 🥂🙏🙏

First night after arriving in Morocco and starting our tour, Convenient to drive to visit the town of Taroudant. The riad is located in a small village. A quiet, charming riad with a pool. We asked about dinner before arriving: the food was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Highly recommended.

Beautiful riad in a quiet location near the city. The rooms are lovely and very clean. Helene and Julien are delightful. Excellent welcome, as were the meals: we thoroughly enjoyed them! We highly recommend it if you are passing through Taroudant.

A wonderful and warm welcome! The owners are charming, the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and boasts a lovely flower garden. The rooms are pleasant and clean, not to mention the swimming pool, which is an added bonus. We will definitely return to Hélène and Julien's place.

Fabulous guesthouse. Hélène and Julien are incredibly attentive, everything is top-notch. Comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, a generous and organic breakfast. Excellent value for money. Be aware that the GPS can be unreliable, especially on the return from Taroudant... I had a wonderful stay as a couple... I'll be back!
