The hammam was absolutely terrible, the service was nonexistent, the renovation was awful, the humidity was disgusting, and the price was exorbitant. A haircut cost 100 dirhams and took less than 5 minutes.

I arrived around 12:30 PM to inquire about availability for two manicures. The receptionist informed me that the technician was on her lunch break and wouldn't return until around 2:00-2:15 PM. So I booked an appointment for 2:15 PM, explaining that I was attending an event and absolutely had to leave by 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:00 PM and waited for the technician, who arrived around 2:15 PM. To my surprise, two other clients were seen before me. When I asked for an explanation, I was told I had to wait, and I understood that regular clients would be given priority, even though I had waited since 12:30 PM to get this slot. A very disappointing experience, marked by a lack of organization and consideration for customers' time.

It was good experience with my hair . I like the result of haircut what I wanted to make . Thank you for that 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A client since 2016 (Harem Mansouria and Monica), I have absolutely no intention of changing salons. Why? 1. Friendly staff, especially Hasnaa, Najat, and those in the hammam & spa. 2. A very friendly and welcoming owner who knows how to build customer loyalty! 3. Sufficient staff, which means no long waits :) (a very important point given how busy we are these days). I highly recommend it!
