L'assiette

A real treat. There's something for everyone. It's clean, and every dish looks delicious. The set menu is 495 dirhams, which I think is very reasonable. I highly recommend it. A must-try.

In summer, it's a buffet. Perfectly adequate, but not up to the standard one would expect from a 5-star hotel. There wasn't even any fish, neither grilled nor in a tagine, despite being in Nador by the sea. The dessert selection was very good, but there was no cheese.

The restaurant was quiet and beautifully decorated, with impeccable service. I loved the appetizer of various Moroccan salads—so many flavors, an explosion of taste! The desserts were also good. I was disappointed by my pasta dish with shrimp (overcooked) which lacked flavor.
