Fantastic experience at this salon! The welcome was warm, the team very professional and attentive. The service was excellent, with great care and attention to detail. The result was exactly what I wanted, and I'm truly satisfied. The salon is also very clean, pleasant, and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it, and I'll gladly return!

I am extremely disappointed and deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this salon. I came for a pedicure hoping to have a pleasant and relaxing time, and I ended up leaving with injured feet and a whole section of my toenail broken off. The most shocking thing is how my complaint was handled. When I contacted the salon, they downplayed the situation, telling me there was "nothing serious" and that I just needed to apply an antibiotic cream for three days, as if having to treat an injury after a simple pedicure was perfectly normal. I go to a salon to pamper myself and relax, not to leave injured, with severe foot pain, stressed, and having to use antibiotics because of a service that went wrong. And despite all this, there was no real offer of compensation, no apology that reflected the situation, not even the slightest gesture of goodwill. It's particularly disappointing given how the problem was handled. An experience that should have been relaxing and enjoyable turned into a source of stress and anxiety. I find this situation, and especially the salon's reaction, completely unacceptable.
