Exorbitant prices for mediocre service!

The hammam, manicure and pedicure were very good.

I booked the hammam with massage and was pleasantly surprised despite the mixed reviews on Google. I found it incredibly relaxing and the energy was very welcoming.

‼️🚫Frankly, I was very disappointed by my experience at this salon. I witnessed some very concerning hygiene practices: the manicure tools weren't properly sterilized, and the staff claimed that simply cleaning them with alcohol was sufficient, which is far from the hygiene standards expected in this type of establishment. Beyond that, the behavior and atmosphere were extremely disrespectful towards clients. The manager herself lacked professionalism and displayed a vulgar and undignified attitude. I feel it's important to share this experience so that clients are vigilant about hygiene and respect in this salon.

I am very disappointed. The gel polish was poorly applied and chipped the same day. The person who did my nails was nice, but the result is not at all satisfactory. Furthermore, another employee behaved very inappropriately, saying to her, "If you don't know this client (ZERBI ELIHA)..." I do not recommend this salon.

Zwin and the products used in the bath are wonderful and clean, but they need more girls because they are under a lot of pressure, and therefore, in the long run, the spa may not maintain the same level of cleanliness.
