The city bus stops at 150m of our place. From the city center, take the green buses "luxe" (lines 2 or 4).

We stayed one night here, just outside Ouarzazate. The staff is kind and friendly, very welcoming! The bungalow is very nice with its little terrace, where you can relax in the morning, but less so in the evening because it's really cold in that area. We had dinner on the premises, and everything was very good. The value for money was a bit higher than average in Morocco. Breakfast was mostly sweet, good, and plentiful. Lots of very lively cats kept us company during meals. 😄 Overall, the property deserves a longer stay to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the services offered. We would love to return.

I booked for 2 nights and extended to 3 and if I could, I would stay for much longer. The homes are unique and attractive, Amid, the manager become a friend and called everyone by their names (amazing) and the animals, specially one cat in particular, made my stay a very loving experience. I know I will be back. However, the barber house i stayed in was basic, so don't expect a lot of luxury, its simple and clean and the hot water was abundant which is very important in December!

We stayed here one night on the way to Ouarzazate, and we loved it! It's located within 30 min drive from Ait Benaddou. Perfect for families with kids. It's like an oasis in the middle of Ouarzazate's hustle and bustle. Everything was spotlessly clean. They have beautiful palm trees, a huge pool, animals, and hammocks for relaxing and chilling after hours of driving through Atlas Mountains. Our kids loved being there. Breakfast was generous, and the rooms were clean. They also have a secured parking spot for your car. Highly recommend this place.

Great, quiet accommodation between palm trees, fruit trees and some animals. Resort design with some different style houses and tents. There are also farm animals, such as a horse, peacocks and kittens. Very friendly staff. Food is the restaurant is excellent. A little bit hard to find. Pitches are in the parking lot in the middle of the houses and equipped with gravel and therefore more suitable for campers than for tents. Sanitary is good with hot showers

Great place for families and travellers with RVs! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the lodge had a little pen with animals- donkeys, sheep, chickens, peacocks and of course a couple cats. Breakfast included juice, tea or coffee, bread with an assortment of jellies and eggs. We stayed in a hut which was comfortable and warm for 3 people. We had 1 bathroom and shower, but had access to the ones shared by the whole site. The location was a little remote and only Grand taxis are authorized to access. There is also another palmeraie nearby, so make sure to know the address to show your driver or they'll take you to the wrong location!

I will start by saying that the grounds are nice, the gardens are beautiful and the place seems like an excellent place to relax, however our experience left a sour taste in our mouth. We arrived at the Ecolodge after arranging for a standard room with the owner over email. Everything was confirmed and we showed up at around 2pm. We were only greeted by a member of staff after interrupting him on his phone. The staff member had no idea that we had booked a room via email and the owner was not on site (not an issue but the staff should have been made aware). We were eventually showed to our room, however, no information was given to us and nothing was requested of us at the reception. The staff member said that the owner was not around but that they would come by during the day to collect our information. We spent a large portion of the afternoon in our room with the door open and eventually left before sunset for diner. We were woken up at 7 am by a member of staff asking us what we wanted for breakfast, after telling him that we had not requested a wake up at 7 am he seemed to realize his mistake and left. Obviously a little startled by this and by the noise and light coming from outside the room we had difficulty falling back asleep. This resulted in us sleeping until 10 am and leaving the room at 1030 am. The room included breakfast, however, we were never made aware of when breakfast was served, whether this is our mistake or the hotel's, it doesn't really matter, because it is what follows that results in us giving this place 1 star. The staff informed us that breakfast could no longer be served, we explained to them how we were not made aware of this and asked if it any exception could be made for breakfast or a small reduction in the cost of the room. After some back and forth the staff member seemed to agree with us and said he would prepare us breakfast (Until this point everything was pleasant). A few minutes later the owner arrived and immediately started blaming us for not knowing when breakfast was served, for not providing them with our information and basically anything else that should have been done by THEM during check-in. The owner of was rude, arrogant and at some point he started insulting Europeans (which we are not), accusing them of always wanting what they want when they want it. As we left the member of staff that showed us the room was there and his version of the story was filled with lies. We paid for the night and left. We are extremely flexible and easy-going travelers and have never had such a bad experience with the owner of a hotel. We were not asking for the world, we wanted breakfast or a small discount for the room - however it seems as though the owners pride prevented him from apologizing ending the discussion professionally and moving on.We work in the industry and unlike the popular saying the customer is NOT always right but in this situation we felt attacked and disrespected by the staff.

A beautiful place but you need to look for it a little. The manager was super Nice, the breakfast was good and the proximity to the city of ouarzazate but being on a semi-rural part is a much appreciated advantage. One little problem was mosquitoes, I was going out for a walk every night at 3 am because of it.

Very cosy! Although do not have a lot of space for tents (unless you want to sleep on gravel). Bathrooms are clean and the social area is very nice
