KOREAN SPA : Massage Asiatique & Hammam

I usually go to the same spa every summer, and this year I wanted to try a new one, so I ended up at this one. The hammam was outdated, there was no steam, the mat on the scrub table was torn and had clearly been used by all the other clients, and there was a plastic bucket on a stool for scrubbing and washing. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed, especially for the price. For the massage, I had asked for a relaxing treatment, but it was the complete opposite; it was very painful, and I woke up with aches and pains. I don't recommend it, and I don't understand the positive reviews. I think they're from people who have never been to a spa before this one. And finally, the staff only speak English, not Arabic or French, which was very difficult for me as my English is limited. The positive point is that the scrubber did her job well, apart from her colleague who came in while she was doing my scrub, talking to her with her phone in her hand, not very reassuring at that moment.

Fantastic experience at this Korean spa. Relaxing massage, professional staff. Perfect for relieving stress and unwinding after a long day.

Finally, a professional spa!! I went with my husband for a hammam followed by a relaxing massage and I was completely satisfied: the welcome, the cleanliness, the calm, the professionalism. Absolutely nothing to complain about, it was fantastic.

Excellent experience with Maria! Very professional and attentive. Her massage truly relieved my pain. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the setting well-designed. I left completely relaxed. I highly recommend her! Thank you again, Maria.

I had a sauna and a therapeutic massage, it was just wow! The staff are professional and I'm not in pain anymore. Thank you so much! Nadia

A fantastic find! The welcome was very professional and the atmosphere soothing from the moment you walk in. I particularly appreciated the quality of the hammam treatment and the amazing massage – thank you Bella for this massage! I highly recommend this spa for its professionalism and impeccable cleanliness.

I went to this place in el Jadida when I was there the manager gave me a huge welcome and smile but my complaint was the therapist didn’t let me to take a quick shower to remove the oil massage from my body which my clothes sticked on me.

Quality massage, clean environment.
