The organization is disastrous. There are long waits, unprofessional treatment with little respect, and the client service is horrible.

Unfortunately the service has become very slow compared to before, the waiting time was much longer than expected and the overall dining experience was disappointing The food quality has also noticeably declined compared to previous visits

Ordered from glovo app, once the order was almost delivered to my house i made my brother go outside and wait for the driver. Nobody came by. I check my phone to see two missed calls from the delivery guy that didn’t even go through, it’s like he called and hung up twice. I called him back only to be met with attitude and rude service, he claimed he was waiting outside for “ages” and called 7000 times (all lies) and then proceeded to hang up the phone to my face in the middle of me talking and to top it off canceled the order. The delivery guy’s name was hamza beware of this unprofessional ghost delivery guy.

During a long wait for my order to be prepared (about an hour or more), the Kleat Food staff completely forgot I was sitting near them and my order was already prepared. Otherwise, the burger was good.
