Absolutely terrible service. I am deeply disappointed by this practitioner's lack of professionalism. Beyond the 15-minute delay I experienced, solely because I couldn't find a parking space, the way I was treated was simply unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Upon arrival, I noticed that another patient had already received her anesthesia and was going to be seen before me. I simply asked what time we would start. The assistant came in to ask, and I heard the practitioner reply in Darija (Moroccan Arabic): "Jaya m3tla w bagha dkhel." This remark, spoken in a contemptuous tone in front of her assistant, was extremely humiliating, as if she wanted to lecture me… ridiculous.

Truly the best! Kenza gave me incredibly natural microblading, and the lines were so natural. The color didn't fade at all. Excellent work! I made the mistake of getting microblading done elsewhere, and I'm still paying the price! Thanks to Kenza's tattoo removal sessions, it's faded considerably! She's professional, available, and attentive. She's an artist who works with top-quality products, and going to her studio is a truly relaxing experience where time seems to stand still! I can't wait to get my microblading done again with her!
