I ordered the sweet chicken tagine, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back during my stay!

Food and service were beyond expectations. Very clean and filling portions.Definitely worth the wait if you come during peak hours.

This is one of the rare gems I came across in essaouira, the place has this cozy family vibe, the women that make the food are very lovely it reminded me of my mom's cooking. I got beef tagine a perfect tenderness 🫠 The prices are reasonable and way more affordable than the neighboring restaurants. I already took my friends form the hostel there as well and definitely coming back to it soon ♥️ Don't forget to tip the ladies, help your local restaurants 😉

A favorite meal while visiting Morocco. Small, family run restaurant with no rezzies.. well worth swinging by and coming back if necessary.

The best Tajines we had in Morocco! We had the beef meatballs and veal with dried fruits. Can only recommend! Notes: Payment only in cash. We came on a Friday evening and there were plenty of places (but one is obviously on the safe side having a reservation)

Food was great and service was friendly. The only thing that felt a little awkward was hearing the staff yelling out and arguing. Definitely got the sense that the staff were feeling stressed however apart from that the meals looked and tasted very authentic. It felt like you walked into a local home and had a meal cooked for you with love. Would definitely recommend. Great price point too.

Small restaurant with delicious traditional home cooked food. Very generous portions and reasonable prices. Make sure you get there early as there aren't many tables and it fills up fast!
