The hairdresser is very skilled and passionate about her work. I had a cut and blow-dry and I highly recommend the service.

The service is extremely poor; they have no respect for appointments. You book a hammam appointment, and when you arrive, you discover that no one in the salon is aware of it. You show them the confirmation you received via WhatsApp and/or Instagram, and they tell you they weren't aware either. This happened to me the first time, and I honestly thought it was just a communication issue between the manager and the salon's employee. I decided to give them a second chance with a second appointment, and to my great surprise, the same thing happened again once I arrived. In short, if you want to book appointments that never materialize, get scammed, and have your day ruined, I absolutely recommend this salon!!! The quality of service, respect, and customer appointment management is extremely poor.

Now, Fatma's salon is undoubtedly the best. The girls are wonderful, their service and treatment at the hospital are excellent, especially Maryam, may God bless her. May God grant you success.

Mediocre service, I do not recommend the spa. Terrible customer service.
