Hello, I had a very bad experience. I waited from 5 pm to 8 pm at this salon after being assured I would be seen. After three hours, I was finally told there was no time to perform my service. When I asked why I hadn't been told earlier, I was simply told, "I didn't know." The most disappointing thing isn't just the wait, but also the lack of respect and professionalism from the staff. The way they speak to clients is often very rude and gives the impression that their time is worthless. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. It's actually the third time I've encountered this type of behavior at this salon. I also noticed other clients being treated the same way, with curt responses like, "The salon is full. If you want to wait, wait." It's a shame, because the salon initially had a good reputation, but the quality of customer service has declined significantly. I don't recommend this establishment until the customer service and respect are improved.

The nail shape was very poorly done, as if the person who did my nails was still an apprentice.
