The hotel is nice, but unfortunately, the management seems to lack experience and their approach is haphazard. The bathrooms are not equipped with soap and shampoo, a recurring problem we face every time we visit. As for the food, the prices for breakfast are exorbitant and have no relation to the quality, unfortunately.

HUGE SCAM! Beware! My parents stayed at this hotel the night of July 30th to 31st. After paying at reception, my dad asked if breakfast was included, as indicated on the elevator signs. The receptionist said it wasn't. My dad asked for a manager who, by pure coincidence, told him the price was different from what he had paid! TOTAL SHOCK! The receptionist pocketed the difference! Dad immediately demanded his money back and decided not to even have breakfast! It's a SHAME! My dad is Moroccan, and they tried to scam him. I can only imagine how shameful it is for foreigners! Beware of this gang of thieves and avoid this terrible hotel! Never again!

Quiet hotel in a good location, pleasant staff, bathtub and tap need replacing (it would be better to replace them with a shower), bring your own shower gel, and there are only 5 TV channels

This is a mid-range hotel, closed for some time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Only the café is open and continues to serve customers.
