Magnificent hotel with beautiful views. Delicious food and very warm hospitable staff. Would definitely be back there in the future.

This place openly discriminated against my family. Once we showed up, they took one look at us and decided nope! They pretended we didn’t have a reservation and turned us away, without even asking for our name! I said we had a reservation and they said couldn’t be possible, they were booked. We’re Americans, spoke to them in English, and they responded in Arabic because we’re brown. We told them we don’t speak Arabic and they just scoffed. Don’t even bother staying here. It’s surrounded by rubble and dirt (the front of the hotel pictured).

The place is fabulous i enjoy watching the sunset from this view and also the view of the old medina looks very fantastic i recommend the indoor live performances that occurring late nights but i prefer setting outside it has plenty of space even a joyful pool outside too

Sunday brunch is amazing. All you can eat, wonderful assortment of delicious Moroccan dishes. You'd be hard pressed not to find your favourite Morrocan dish amongst them.

Poor service, poor food. Beautiful hotel and view. Far away from medina. A maid walked into our room at 1030pm without knocking. Spa is wonderful.

Good for a drink or meal but a little spendy on the room. $309 USD for one night for small room. Fantastic view from the lounge and swimming pool area. Very friendly staff.

If you are into hotels this is probably the best hotel in Fes. They also have an amazing Riad called Riad Fes. The view is unforgettable specially when you are swimming in their Infiniti pool. We had a great experience while staying at this hotel. It’s beautifully built and worth every penny.
