Prestige Hotel

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are big enough, service is great, all the people who work in reception were really kind and they try to help you with anything, and the breakfast is really good. However, the A/C didn't work and when we ask for a fan the told us that they only have 1 (for 32 rooms), and there weren't any type of discount or attention.

I'll be honest, I give out 5 stars in Morocco for any place that is clean and fresh. If we could give this place 10 stars we would! The front desk was an absolute gentleman and speaks English perfectly. While filling out the required paperwork they quickly greet you with beautiful cup of sweet Moroccan tea. They go above and faaaaaar beyond to accommodate your every need and request. I would go as far as saying this is the nicest hotel, atmosphere, and view that I've ever seen in Morocco and I live here! Kudos!

At first there was a rude lady at the reception who didn't understand English, then Abdelmonim came and saved the day. I had a baby and she wanted me to wait until after checking in time 14:00 even though the room was ready. The man came and gave me the key right away. His English was good. He was very professional. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit small for a couple with a baby. The only thing that was negative was the SLIPPERY SHOWER. I asked for a solution but they couldn't fix the problem. It's very dangerous to take a shower there without plastic slippers or sandals.

The hotel is very clean and calm with a beautiful mountain view, the staff is so kind and offers a great service. Very good breakfast as well !!!

There is no luxury (prestige) in this hotel. Bad attitude from their director (Yassin) toward the customers when they claim about something. He don’t care about your experience, he just collecting points and reviews in booking.com Will never put my shoes there again, glad they are many other good options in Tetouane. - Beds are not confortable - Breakfast is same and very basic Only one good side: The employees working there and it seems they are suffering from the arrogant director. Sincerely

Looks cozy and has got a view to the moutain of Bouanan. Just near all oyher facilties and 3 minutes away to the old Medina. Easy access.

Stuff is more than professional, very kind, rooms are clean, huge tasty breakfast, prices reasonable
