From the pictures, the property looked beautiful and like it had great amenities. I will say that the ac was cold and the staff that were there were generally friendly and helpful. We had two rooms: one had great AC and the other did not work. We asked the front desk to change rooms, they said they would fix the AC, and no one ever came. Additionally: -the pool did not have water in it. This was not advertised and we were not warned beforehand, and this is a huge reason we chose this hotel in the first place -there were ants literally everywhere, like inside outside on the food didn’t matter there were ants -even though it was advertised online, they did not have a bar or restaurant or anything of that sort open. Again, this is a reason we chose this hotel, so we could hang out on property and not have to leave to find drinks or dinner. The property is beautiful and the rooms were generally clean and cold. But overall this stay was pretty disappointing and we probably will not be coming back.

It has a bad service they were rude to me

Stayed overnight with a group tour in February. Good dinner buffet. The heating worked satisfactorily, but made quite a lot of noise. Not easy to get hot water in the shower.

Excellent hotel with a fast and professional staff. I especially want to mention Ms. Nadia, who is incredibly ethical, dedicated to her work, and always smiling. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. It's disgusting, filthy, and the pool is filthy. The manager cares more about her makeup and image than the comfort of her guests. Look at the photos. …

I traveled to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Tunisia, and all the cities of Morocco, and I did not find a hotel worse than this one in terms of the way the reception staff treated me. It was the worst experience ever; no cleanliness, no manners, and absolutely no morals.
