A very unpleasant place to avoid immediately.

Friendly staff, including the owner who is kind. The location is in the city center. 👍 🚫🚫Major cleanliness and hygiene issues🚫🚫 The rooms are very dirty, and the bathrooms even more so. 🤢🤢 The windows are full of dust, the furnishings are very old, the towels, pillows, and blankets are unclean, there's hair everywhere 🤮🤮, and the air conditioning doesn't always work and makes an unbearable noise. We asked for cleaning in the morning, but the cleaning was terrible...

I do not recommend this place, the price/quality ratio is poor, 400 Dh for a dirty room, very dim lighting, no air conditioning, no toilet paper and mosquitoes in the room. Bad experience.

I do not recommend it. It's a terrible, dirty, and mediocre hotel that doesn't even deserve one star… For your own good, avoid it. The customer service is very poor, especially at reception, the prices are very high compared to the service provided, and the rooms are in poor condition with bad behavior from the hotel staff.

Hotel hhh, you might be laughing. Not just to be avoided, but to be run away from hhh. Disgusting, no respect for hygiene measures. When we asked the manager to give us clean rooms or to have our rooms cleaned, he replied with "no" hhh

Very dirty, unfriendly staff, bad smell in the bathrooms, rooms too small for triple occupancy, stained and dirty bed linens, very noisy. A hotel that does not live up to its star rating.

Worst experience ever. Cleanliness zero (we found a dirty little kids' playpen lying there 🤮🤮). Everything was dusty and the bedding was filthy... In short, it was the worst experience ever. I absolutely do not recommend it. You'd be better off sleeping on the street.
