Absolutely the worst! The owner was incredibly rude, the rooms were disgusting, the bathroom was dark and best left untouched—just keep the door closed. There was a strange smell and a lot of dampness. All this for two people for 150 dirhams. We tried to negotiate the price after seeing the state of the rooms, and he practically kicked us out. He told us this was the best room in the hotel... We chose to stay because it was the only option available in the entire city; we didn't have a tent, and all the other places were full or closed. Avoid this place at all costs.
