Tell me if this is a hair style, I've never seen one done in 5 minutes!!! All this because they were in a hurry to leave by 8pm. The lady at the hammam is kind.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied. I came for a shampoo, blow-dry, and half-leg and arm waxing. The service was completely inadequate, especially the blow-dry. I specifically asked for a hair mask after the shampoo—a simple mask that you leave on for 5 minutes, something anyone has at home, let alone in a hair salon! They told me they had the mask, but when it came time, she gave me a "makein ma3andnash mask..." even though that was the strict condition for me to entrust my hair to them. Why would I go to a salon only to leave with my hair looking worse than when I blow-dry it myself at home? It makes no sense. The final price: 210 dirhams! 😂😂😂😂 You can imagine my anger. I left with completely dry hair, whereas normally when I do everything myself, it's always soft and shiny. Shameful! What are all these products??? (See photo) Are they empty bottles for decoration or what????? Not even able to find a mask in there? Shame on you!

Worst experience of my life. Beyond disappointed. More than a rip-off. My hair is ruined. No cut, no products, it's a disaster. I had a caviar protein treatment with a cut. The result? My dyed hair is completely damaged, the cut is a mess, my hair isn't straight. I'm beyond shocked. Wella shampoo? The hairdressing team is totally incompetent. Worst experience of my life. I want to shave my head, it's so awful. Not to mention the indifference of one of the hairdressers who initially cut my hair in a zigzag pattern, claiming she would refine the cut after the treatment. The next day, the other woman who was supposed to cut my hair told me... that I had finished after messing up my bangs. Imagine my shock! I said, "And my hair?" She said, "Oh yes, yes, yes, come back!" But of course not! Absolutely not! You've already done enough damage, and you send me back with a completely uneven haircut, and you expect me to stay and trust you with the rest? The hammam was perfect with Nadia. And the nails were perfect with Meryem.

Very nice spa, I highly recommend it
