We've been talking to her for days to make a reservation, only to be turned away when we arrived and told there was no reservation. Seeing that we were running late, we called to let her know, but she didn't answer and just let other people in without even asking us or admitting we had a reservation. Terrible service and poor customer service; not recommended, and the way she speaks to customers is appalling.

My mother and sisters went and thought it was absolutely fantastic. The best in Larache. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spa at affordable prices. Thank you to the team! ❤️
