I was very disappointed with my experience at Salon Sultan. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with absolutely no respect or courtesy. The staff clearly lacks professionalism. The most shocking thing was when a staff member yelled at me, saying he was busy working, when I was simply asking a question. This behavior is completely unacceptable towards a customer.

I want to share a very disappointing experience I recently had at Hammam Sultane in Settat. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. A woman and her mother were treated rudely and with a total lack of respect. The staff spoke to them in a vulgar manner, which is inadmissible, especially in a place meant to offer relaxation and well-being. I hope that management will take the necessary steps to train its staff to better welcome customers, with respect and courtesy.
