⭐️⭐️ The spa itself was nice, and I have to say that the work/service provided by the employee was actually good. Unfortunately, my overall experience was ruined by the manager’s behavior. Before starting, I simply asked the employee if the place was clean. She said yes, but I wanted to check for myself, as cleanliness is very important to me. I did not mean to offend her or imply that I didn’t trust her. However, she became visibly upset and started throwing things toward me, which I found completely inappropriate. I asked her to stop, and she then left and called the manager. When the manager came, instead of trying to understand the situation or speak to me calmly, she started shouting at me and speaking to me in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. At one point, she even told me that if I didn’t like the place, I could simply go somewhere else. As a client, I believe I have every right to ask questions and make sure that the place meets my standards without being treated disrespectfully for it. A manager should know how to handle a disagreement professionally and respectfully, especially with customers. The actual spa service was good, but unfortunately, the manager’s attitude completely ruined the experience for me. Good service is not only about the treatment itself, but also about how clients are treated.

The best in Morocco. Very professional. I've been several times for manicures and pedicures, as well as facials and full body waxing. I also had an excellent hair treatment. Highly recommended.
