A taste that brings a smile back to your face, the simple pleasure of a gourmet break, your dose of happiness, crunchy.

Simply wonderful. An experience that satisfies your appetite, stimulates your mind, and fills your heart. A restaurant serving typical Safi cuisine with healthy, light recipes at very reasonable prices, despite being considered "luxury" dishes in Moroccan culture. The food is so fresh that even something as simple as sardine meatballs is minced and prepared to order with the catch of the day. The cook also greets you at the entrance and, in keeping with Moroccan hospitality, chats with you and explains everything you need to know in Arabic, French, or English. Without a doubt, if we return to Safi, we will repeat the experience.

A very quiet, beautiful, and wonderful place. For enjoying a meal with your family, I highly recommend visiting.

Delicious pizza. The best I've ever eaten in Morocco. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly, however, we waited a very long time for the food.

The food was good and the welcome was warm. Unfortunately, we paid more than we expected (the menus with prices are shown in photos on Google Maps, around 132 DH). We didn't receive a menu upon arrival, as the dishes were only described verbally, so we were surprised at the checkout: 190 DH. Furthermore, Younès, who "kindly" (it was mainly to get us on his side) offered to show us the ceramics cooperative, which is Safi's main industry, took us for a ride and he gave us a guided tour. Of course, at the end, he asked us to pay him, even though we hadn't asked for anything and naively thought it was a kind gesture. He asked for 300 DH, which is exorbitant. We managed to negotiate it down to 100 DH (which is still a lot for something we hadn't asked for in the first place!), but Younès didn't seem very happy. He accepted anyway. In short, this stop on the road to Essaouira, which was supposed to be brief, ended up costing us the tidy sum of 290 DH plus a delay of 1 hour and 40 minutes compared to our initial plan. Note to self: always ask for a menu with prices and don't be naive about the locals' feigned friendliness. Not everyone is like that, but it gives a bad impression of the local population. In response to the restaurant's comment: Perhaps if you consistently provided a menu, this wouldn't happen again, especially if your prices change in the meantime. For our part, we will no longer order from a restaurant without first having a menu; that was indeed our mistake. We relied on Google reviews and didn't want to spend too much on this stopover. If we had wanted a restaurant in those price range, we would have chosen it ourselves. We've never paid so much since the beginning of our trip, and yet we ate fresh, homemade food. We're not questioning the quality of your dishes; in fact, I gave the kitchen a 5/5. As for this so-called guide, as you so aptly put it, in these situations, don't let him in, come upstairs, talk to us, try to explain the menu, and serve us! He was actually the one in the restaurant who invited us inside. You must know him very well. We thought he was an integral part of your restaurant. That's why we're mentioning it in this review, specifically for this restaurant, since that's where it happened! Don't let him speak to customers again, and you'll have peace of mind. Sincerely.

We were in Safi two nights and both nights we went to dinner here. Delicious homemade food, made with love. They were very attentive and kind and gave us very good recommendations to see in Safi. We hope to come back on our next visit. Thanks for everything!
