Unfortunately, I left disappointed with my experience. Fatima, who did my hammam, was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and professional. She was definitely the highlight of my visit. However, the customer service afterwards was disappointing. My appointment had already started late because I was waiting for the previous customer. During the hammam I asked for water, and despite Fatima kindly asking twice, it took a long time. I asked again after my session, but instead of simply helping me, I was rushed because another booking was waiting. I was told I would receive water after going outside, then again after paying, but I ultimately left without ever receiving it. What bothered me most was the lack of consideration or even an apology. I understand the importance of keeping appointments on schedule, but customers shouldn’t feel rushed or forgotten because the salon has booked appointments too tightly. Thank you to Fatima for her kindness and excellent work. Unfortunately, the way the rest of the experience was handled overshadowed it.

I had an absolutely exceptional time at the hammam and massage! The experience was perfect from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Saïda for her impeccable, relaxing hammam, performed with such gentleness and professionalism. And a big thank you to Sanaa for the massage, which was simply extraordinary, soothing, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling light, relaxed, and completely refreshed. I highly recommend this salon; it's undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tried.

The best center in Rabat, a place not only where you find professionals but, most importantly, where you feel truly in good hands, like you're part of a family, pampered and cared for. Hi, Last week, I had an appointment where I got my makeup, pedicure, manicure, and press-on nails done. The work was truly excellent—the team is very professional, even though time was tight. My nails looked very natural, and everyone commented on them. And my makeup lasted really well. Overall, I was very happy.
