There's nothing wrong with raising prices when the quality is truly there, but unfortunately, that's what's lacking here. The pastries look excellent visually, but as soon as you taste them, you notice a very poor quality, whether it's the texture, the taste, or even the ingredients used. The prices now exceed those of large bakeries located in the center of Kenitra, Rabat, or Casablanca, while the quality remains very, very average in comparison. It's clear that a significant investment has been made in the premises and equipment, but customers ultimately judge the product itself. Investing in better ingredients and hiring a real pastry chef would be far more important. With such a gap between price and quality, a customer might be tempted once, but they're unlikely to return.
