Ève : Café & Restaurant

I tried this very girly café for the first time, and let me tell you, hygiene is absolutely nonexistent... there was a hair in the lemon in the mojito, and an eyelash in a French fry... avoid it if you don't want to get sick, unfortunately.

Honestly, never again. I ordered from you and the result: food poisoning, sick all night. Hygiene clearly needs to be improved. It's unacceptable to serve products that make customers sick.

⚠️ Disastrous Experience ⚠️ I became ill a few hours after eating here, spent terrible nights vomiting, and the doctor confirmed it was food poisoning. The food tasted off, and I should have been wary of the smell from the start. Inattentive service, and hygiene was clearly neglected. The result: an entire weekend stuck in bed. I strongly advise against going to this place for your health!

This cafe is definitely not recommended. It is outdated and the service is low. The servers are unfriendly and very slow. Also, they were chatting behind the counter all the time while customers were waiting. We asked for a high chair but the server said she didn't have one while it was just there. For a better experience you can go to cafe O' bélvèdere. This is a modern cafe a little further on, with friendly and good service.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the food for dinner; it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and had a lovely setting. The service was sometimes a little slow, but always very cordial and friendly—a real pleasure, and not a problem if you're there to take your time and enjoy yourself. I wouldn't recommend the pastries, as I doubt they're made on-site; they're clearly not as good as the rest of the food, which is excellent. The price is higher than other cafes in Taza, but you pay for a relaxing time with friends in a beautiful setting.
