Excellent medical practice. Dr. Hanan Wafik is highly competent, caring, and attentive. Her assistant, Keltoum, is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The organization, hygiene, and quality of care are impeccable. I highly recommend this practice for its professionalism and compassionate approach.

I highly recommend Dr. Hanan Wafik, a hematologist: she is extremely competent, attentive, and very caring. Her professionalism and human approach make her an exceptional practitioner. You always feel in good hands with her!

I put a star on the comment, but the work doesn't deserve even one star. First, the secretary, Kulthum, treats you inappropriately. She gives you an appointment at 10, but the doctor doesn't come until 1, and you waste your whole day waiting. Second, you go in to the doctor, and she examines the patient verbally without any examination tools. Third, when you go back to the control room, the secretary tells you to go to your control room in a week, and when your time comes, new people who paid a new bill come in, and you are put in the waiting room for half a day while you wait for your turn. Fourth, the work started on Google at 9, but unfortunately, that's also not accurate.
