While on vacation, I had food poisoning and consulted Dr. Nouibet Omar. I received excellent care. My vital signs were taken before the consultation, and then he performed an ultrasound, taking the time to explain everything clearly and reassuringly. He is a very kind, attentive, and available doctor. I even called him back after the consultation, and he patiently took the time to answer all my questions. The office is supposed to open at 9:30 am (as you mentioned here). I called before going there to specify that it was an emergency, and despite this, once I arrived, I was told that the doctor hadn't yet arrived and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes. This lack of respect for patients is hardly acceptable, especially in an emergency. Punctuality and organization are integral parts of medical professionalism. This is not my idea of ​​medicine or of the respect due to patients.

I had a few experiences with doctors in Morocco, that were not pleasant, but with Dr Omar my experience was totally different, I felt very comfortable from the first minute we talked, very humble and really friendly in a professional way, I really appreciate his efforts and his work and precision .
