I wanted to share my experience, which was very disappointing. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, but unfortunately, Dr. Nora Bousfiha wasn't there on the day of my appointment. I was seen by another doctor who was covering for her, and I got the impression that he lacked experience. The consultation didn't inspire confidence, and I didn't get the explanations I needed. Furthermore, I felt that the tests ordered before I was asked to undergo a gastroscopy were insufficient. I would have preferred a more comprehensive assessment to explore the various possible causes of my symptoms before resorting to this procedure. In the end, I left this consultation with more questions than answers. I am therefore very disappointed with this care and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Hello everyone, First of all, I made an appointment on Dabadoc but didn't receive a confirmation. I called the office, and the receptionist asked me to come in immediately, which I did. Once I arrived at the office, she told me the doctor couldn't see me and to come back tomorrow! This is unprofessional, but above all, it shows a lack of respect and basic manners. I am truly disappointed by such behavior from a doctor like Bousfiha. What a disgrace! I feel like I've gone back in time. What a shame.

Instead of guiding patients with kindness, she openly mocked me simply because I was unfamiliar with the procedure. Such a lack of empathy and respect is unacceptable in a medical practice.

An exceptional woman and a doctor of rare humanity. I presented my mother's case to her in all its details, and she welcomed me without asking for anything in return. Not only did I not pay anything, but she generously took the time to refer me to other specialists. In a world where humanity is becoming scarce, she embodies pure kindness. She respected my status as a foreign student with great dignity. May God reward you for all you do, Doctor. 🙏❤️
