A competent and highly professional doctor who also provides kind and easy treatment to all patients.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, my ears were completely blocked, and I couldn't hear a thing. The assistant told me she couldn't make any more appointments for Saturday morning. I asked if she could at least ask the doctor because it was urgent. She seemed to do it over the phone, but in the end, I wasn't seen. I spent the whole weekend with my ears completely blocked. I find there was a total lack of humanity, especially considering that there are only two ENT doctors in the entire city. Very disappointed, and I think of the people who live here all year round and have to endure this kind of situation.
