I strongly advise against seeing this doctor. The quality of service is nonexistent. She writes prescriptions without even examining the patient. In my mother's case, she prescribed five days of antibiotics through her assistant, without any prior consultation. During the follow-up appointment, she claimed to have prescribed ten days, even though the prescription explicitly stated five. Beyond this lack of professionalism, her behavior is rude, and prescriptions are written without asking any questions about the patient's health (blood pressure, diabetes, etc.).

This dentist is completely unsuitable for children. She pulls their teeth, and then after two or three years, they need braces and have to go back to her. That's what she did to my son, and now I have to move him to another city because of her. I took him to her for a routine checkup, and I waited outside until he came out with three missing teeth. When I asked her why, she said they were decayed inside. 😡 The problem is, one tooth had already erupted, the second was starting to, and she shouldn't have extracted the third one since it was a permanent tooth. I will never forgive her. She ruined him; he couldn't eat, he became anemic, and his canines started growing over his teeth. You can imagine what it looked like. Now we're paying for her mistake by having to move him to another city to be treated by an experienced dentist who specializes in his case. So, Mounia, if you did this on purpose, I won't forgive you.

i would like to give her zero star, very bad experience, she doesn't deserve the name of "doctor" zero respect for the clients and zero look of a doctor, dirty uniform, dirty office, the way she treats and talks to patients is awfull, i don't recommend it at all, shame on her
