Disrespecting the deadline; I waited for over a month despite having paid all fees in advance. The way I spoke was inappropriate.

Unfortunately, my experience at this practice was not very pleasant due to the assistant's behavior. I would have appreciated a more respectful welcome and a better attitude towards patients. I hope this can improve in the future, as the practice and the doctor seem very competent.
