The doctor is very kind; she examines her patients thoroughly, and everything is perfect at her office. Before, there was the secretary, Salma, may God make things easy for her; she was very polite and well-mannered. But now, someone else has taken her place, and she is very rude. Every time I come, she speaks in a disrespectful and impolite manner. My mother was unwell and wanted to see the doctor, but this secretary wouldn't even let her in. I advise the doctor to look into this situation, because this person risks losing her patients.

Best Doctor ever

The first day was fine until it was time for my appointment. Due to work and time constraints, she refused to give me an appointment, either by phone or in person. The secretary treated me very badly, and when I asked to see her, she refused to speak and started shouting, claiming I had spoken harshly to her assistant. The treatment was substandard, with no respect for patients' working hours. A failed experience; I do not recommend it. The treatment was terrible. The treatment period ended, and she refused to follow up on my case. May God suffice me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
