This is utter disregard for patients. After giving me an appointment for an endoscopy, requiring me to fast from food and drink only for 24 hours, take medication to empty my bowels, and be absent from work, I was shocked on the day of the appointment to be told, "It's a holiday, and the anesthesiologist isn't here!" When I asked them for a solution, they said, "We can't do anything on this holiday," even though they had scheduled the appointment for it! This is the worst experience I've had with doctors. There needs to be a review of who is authorized to issue medical certificates; citizens' lives are not a game.

Excellent gastroenterologist, very competent and attentive. Prompt service and clear explanations. I recommend her without hesitation.

I went to the doctor because of severe abdominal pain. She immediately recognized that I had a liver stone and treated me correctly right away. I felt very well cared for and taken seriously. The medical assistants were also very friendly and attentive. Before that, I went to the emergency room, where I was treated for what was supposed to be an upset stomach – almost €100 wasted. Here, I finally received the right help. Thank you so much to the whole team! 🙏
