The doctor was very professional, attentive, and competent; however, the receptionist's behavior is unacceptable for a medical practice. Her haughty attitude, curt responses, constant disdain, and complete lack of humanity and patience, even towards elderly patients, made her feel belittled and clearly unwelcome. This type of behavior is incompatible with a receptionist position in the medical field. Someone who doesn't respect patients and their companions simply shouldn't be in this position, as it goes against the fundamental values ​​of healthcare. This situation completely ruins the experience and, in my opinion, warrants serious reassessment.
