The doctor was good, but the girl at reception made me not want to come back because of her inappropriate behavior.

Bad experience

A very bad experience at this practice. In 2025, it's incomprehensible that patients are still being asked to come in person just to get a number on the waiting list, when this could easily be done by phone or online. Appointment management is completely disorganized, and the receptionist is not only unpleasant but also unprofessional. Even worse, no priority is given to people with disabilities: my autistic brother was treated with shocking indifference. It's unacceptable that a healthcare facility still operates this way today.

I am very disappointed with the receptionist's service. I had booked an appointment for the scheduled time, doing my best to organize my schedule and arrive on time. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I would have to wait with eight other people before being seen. Not only was this not what I had been promised, but unfortunately, she didn't even bother to apologize. I find this extremely disrespectful to patients and their time. I sincerely hope that the situation will be improved in the future to provide better service to all patients.

Doctor is very professional, nice and kind. Her office is well equipped. Allahuma baarik
